This application is intended to collect data in patients suffering from refractory cardiac arrest or cardiogenic shock requiring extracorporeal life support (ECLS). Three different situations are taken into account: 1) Out-of-hospital cardiac arrest, 2) In-hospital cardiac arrest, 3) Cardiogenic shock. Data collection is divided in 3 sections: 1) before ECLS implantation, 2) follow-up during ECLS support, and 3) follow-up after weaning ECLS. All data can be retrieved in csv and pdf format.

Requires iOS 7.1 or later. Compatible with iPad.
